IMG_5595

Worcester City Council’s Sport Art & Play Development would like to say a big thank you to every child, parent and guardian who came along to take part in our free Multi-Sports Activities during the Easter holidays. You created the amazing atmosphere, and made each session thoroughly enjoyable for everyone involved.

With almost 500 children attending the 24 sessions over the 2-week Easter Holidays, it is clear to see how successful the programme has been in offering a great opportunity for children and families to get more active and enjoy playing more sport. The children made the sessions the triumph that they were, most importantly leaving with a smile on their faces having had lots of fun.

A huge thank you also to; the sports coaches and volunteers who delivered the sessions, the venues who hosted the sessions, the parents and guardians who attended and to all the schools and community groups who helped to promote the Easter programme.

We look forward to seeing you again across our next free programme of Multi-Sport in the summer holidays- More dates and information to come soon!

Thank You,

The Sport Art & Play Development Team
