How has the Worcester Sporting Grant helped you?:
The Worcester Sporting grant has enabled RGC Worcester to fund 1 volunteer trainee coach to become qualified as a Level 1 Assistant Coach. Whilst the interest in the sport and the growth of the club is very much welcomed, creating more qualified and experienced coaches will enhance the club to be able to maintain the excellent quality of coaching currently being delivered. The club is keen to invest in and develop its older gymnasts in helping to provide this quality of coaching.
Aims for the future:
Develop preschool and beginners programme in 2018.
Support young coaches and help them to qualify as Level 1 coaches in the future
Develop the volunteers team to assist with administration of the club
Carry on with ongoing coaching of gymnasts at the regional and national level and create pathway for younger talented gymnasts
